We have new coffees freshly roasted by Deeper Roots Coffee in Mt. Healthy.

Our newest coffee varietal is Casa de Zinc Pacamara from the growers Casa de Zinc in Ahuachapan, El Salvador. This coffee is savory with cedar, maple-syrup, vanilla, and dark chocolate. The Casa de Zinc farm holds a Rainforest Alliance certification which means the farm is dedicated to preserving the natural ecosystem of their farm, providing fair treatment and good working conditions for workers, and encouraging education opportunities for children living on the property. Casa de Zinc has also been awarded the coveted Cup of Excellence Award for previous harvests by the Alliance for Coffee Excellence. Casa de Zinc Pacamara is available by the cup or pour-over at Dojo, or by 1lb take home bags.

Our espresso offering is Fazenda Cachoeira Da Grama from the Lidolpho de Carvalho Dias farm in São Paolo, Brazil. The Dias farm has grown coffee since 1890 and recently celebrated its 106th crop. This espresso has outstanding sweetness, chocolate, caramel and toffee notes. Many people in the world of coffee believe that the Fazenda Cachoeira beans from the Dias farm create the best espressos. The Dias farm has also been awarded the Cup of Excellence for their past harvests.

So here is to better beans in your cup! See you soon at the Doj.
